Sr. Project Engineer

Job Title: Sr. Project Engineer
Location: San Francisco, CA

Job Summary:
Work as part of the project leadership to provide support on ensuring quality and timely execution of design/development of projects from start to completion. These phases include: scheduling, subcontractor buyout, cost reporting, preparation of subcontracts, the handling of owner coordination, construction quality oversight, and project closeout.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering required with minimum 3-5 Years of project management/construction management experience.

Project Accountant / Construction Accountant

Job Title: Project Accountant / Construction Accountant
Location: Los Angeles and/or New York City

Job Summary:
The Project Accountant will be primarily responsible for detail oriented and accurate accounting for construction project costs, reviewing change orders, and processing construction draws, amongst other tasks.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and minimum 3 years of general accounting experience; experience in Construction Accounting a plus.

Development Operation Coordinator

Job Title: Development Operation Coordinator
Location: Los Angeles, CA

Job Summary:
The Development Operation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution and on-going management of the company’s real estate development projects ensuring alignment of established objectives, strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree on Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management or related field with 1-2 years of experience on real estate project management and familiar with overall project development process.

Acquisition Associate

Job Title: Acquisition Associate
Location: San Francisco, CA

Job Summary:
The Acquisitions Associate assists in all aspect of the real estate investment and acquisition processes. He/she will be responsible for assisting deal sourcing, evaluating potential investment opportunities including modeling cash flows, assessing markets and the competitive landscape, conducting due diligence activities, analyzing investment returns, and creating executive committee memo and otherwise assisting in the communication of financial acquisitions and disposition strategy.

Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related field; Master degree preferred; Minimum 3-4 years of experience in real estate investment/acquisition or related field.
