Director of Project Management

Job Title: Director of Project Management
Location: San Francisco, California

Job Summary:
The Director of Project Management provides leadership throughout the entire real estate development project cycle and is responsible for taking the real estate development from concept to reality for different asset types. He/she drives the development process and has in depth experience in project accountability from deal selection through the entitlement process, construction and the exit of the project, as well as managing stakeholder relationships throughout the process.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Engineering or related fields; Master degree highly preferred; minimum 15 years of Real Estate project management experience; full understanding of the full cycle of real estate development projects.

Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Pasadena, California

Job Summary:
The Project Manager leads the field staff in the construction of the entire project. Provides leadership to the project team and ensures quality and timely execution of design/build projects from design to completion. These phases include: scheduling, subcontractor buyout, cost reporting, preparation of subcontracts, the handling of owner coordination, and project closeout.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering required; Master degree highly preferred; minimum 8-10 years of Real Estate project management experience; has successfully managed ground-up development projects.

Acquisition Associate

Job Title: Acquisition Associate
Location: San Francisco, CA

Job Summary:
The Acquisitions Associate assists in all aspect of the real estate investment and acquisition processes. He/she will be responsible for assisting deal sourcing, evaluating potential investment opportunities including modeling cash flows, assessing markets and the competitive landscape, conducting due diligence activities, analyzing investment returns, and creating executive committee memo and otherwise assisting in the communication of financial acquisitions and disposition strategy.

BA/BS degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related field; Master degree preferred; Minimum 3-4 years of experience in real estate investment/acquisition or related field.
